Question: Do you have to be trained to shop with you?

Answer: No. However, we always recommend that you take our training course to ensure you handle nail products safely.

Question: What are your delivery times?

Answer: Normal delivery times are 1–2 business days within Sweden. We ship via DHL and Instabox. During periods of high demand, such as sales or product launches, delivery times may be longer.

Question: Are your products hypoallergenic?

Answer: We always select products with the best possible ingredients. Any nail product can cause an allergic reaction if used incorrectly,

Question: Do your products contain TPO?

No, all of our products purchased on or after September 1, 2025—when the ban went into effect—are TPO-free. Some of our products previously contained TPO, so it’s important to check the label if you have older products from us.
