A dehydrator is used to degrease the nails. Apply it after you’ve prepped the nail plate and cuticles.

Apply it over the entire nail; the product evaporates immediately and leaves no residue on the nail.

If you use pH bonder, you don’t need this, as pH bonder also acts as a dehydrator but with nourishing properties.
