PH bonder is always used when prepping as step 1. After that you can use a primer or grip base which is a base gel and primer combined. These two product are very good for prep, it's everything you need!
How to use:
After prepping with your file you apply Ph bonder and let that air dry for a couple o seconds. Then you apply a thin layer of grip base and cure for 1 min.
